The WIllys Overland Loft project is being financed in part by a loan from National City Bank. Consequently, condo buyers who choose National City as their mortgage lender are eleigible for the N.C.H.A.M.P. program which currently offers mortgage rates at 1.5 points below the market average

The WIllys Overland Lofts building is located within a Neighborhood Enterprise Zone (NEZ). Under this program initiated by the state, a condo buyer in a NEZ receives a significant reduction in property taxes for 12 years
