Illuminate Detroit
September 28th 2007 ---> MOVED TO OCTOBER 26TH 2007
In early 2003, Metro Times, metro Detroit's largest weekly paper and Elizabeth Tintinalli, Detroit real estate ambassador and agent, with the cooperation of local artists, musicians, metro Detroit restaurants, developers and property owners, sprung to the attention, an event that would showcase Detroit as a vibrant and creative center ...not only for art, but also as a place to live.
An event was held @ The Carlton Condominiums and Lamar Lofts located in Brush Park just North of the new stadiums back in 2004 and it drew in over 700ppl. Since Superbowl 2005 new restaurants, entertainment establishments and residential projects have propelled the attention to the downtown area, and confirmed why people choose to live in the city. The goal of Illuminate is to continue to promote the dynamic communities in the city as well as the businesses that make this city unique. Making all of this possible are the many sponsors that have generously donated their time, food, drink, and other supplies that have helped make the first seven events so successful. Popularity has grown so much from the events that properties request to be hosts.
Elizabeth Tintinalli is committed to the city as a source for finding the unique urban living spaces more and more people are seeking. So it is why with great anticipation ... IT"S BACK!.....
